MATT GREEN
Director, Physiotherapist & Golfer

Matt is passionate about helping golfers of all abilities and ages to play longer and stronger : more, pain-free and at improved levels.

Being a competitive golfer himself, Matt has an intimate understanding of the game, its challenges and the physical and mental requirements needed to unlock a player's full potential.

An APA Sports Physiotherapist with over 25 years experience, in his earlier career, Matt was team physio to various NRL and NBL teams, before turning his focus to his personal sporting passion – golf.

Matt works with Golf Australia, Golf NSW, Jack Newton Junior Golf and other regional academies, as well as being tournament Physiotherapist for the PGA Australasian Tour. Through these associations Matt has been an integral part in engineering Australian professional and amateur golfers.

JOSH SPEECHLEY
Physiotherapist, Exercise Scientist & Golfer

Josh initially completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science, and followed this up with a Masters of Physiotherapy. This background enables Josh to not only assess and treat injuries, but also coordinate an exercise plan to return his clients to optimal function, decreasing their risk of further injury and allowing them to enjoy their golf (or any other activity) more.

As a keen golfer himself, Josh understands the game of golf, and the specialised demands of the golf swing. Josh has played pennant golf for several years which gives him unique insight into what it takes to play golf at a high level.

Josh has recently started providing physiotherapy coverage at the PGA Associates matches, helping future golf professionals perform at their peak ability. During his training, Josh has also had the opportunity to spend time around both Golf NSW and Jack Newton Junior Golf squads, further enhancing his knowledge of working with golfers.
