Golf Screening

Who would benefit from a golf screening? Anyone who wants to move better, develop better swing technique, reduce risk of injury, enjoy golf more, improve clubhead speed - in short, every golfer.

Golfers of all abilities are often unaware of physical limitations that restrict their game and increase stress through their body. These limitations are not only the underlying causes of injury, but also the reasons why golfers often fail to improve.

One of the great things about golf is the ongoing challenge to improve, regardless of age or ability. Underlying physical restrictions are often the hidden reason why improvement can be so difficult.

A golf screening is a detailed, full-body assessment of all the physical requirements for golf, including mobility, balance, control of movement and strength. The results of this assessment allow a plan to be developed, and if applicable in conjunction with your coach, to address these limitations and unlock your full potential.
